WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES
The Delegate and student registrations include:

  • Entry to all scientific sessions & the Exhibition Hall
  • Lunch, Morning tea & Afternoon tea on conference days
  • Monday Night dinner (booking still required)

NAME BADGES
Delegates are required to wear their name tags to all scientific and catered sessions.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the venue.

CATERING
Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are included in your registration. Refreshments will be served in the Exhibition Suite.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you requested a special meal, please make yourself known to the venue staff and advise your name and special request.

BUS TRANSFERS HOME
Buses will depart from Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley at 10.00 AM sharp on Friday 22nd March and will return to Sydney Airport. The trip takes approximately 3 hours. Please be on time as flights have been booked around these times.

INSURANCE
The hosts and organisers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs, or the loss of private property and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.

SETTLING YOUR ROOM ACCOUNT WITH THE HOTEL
Individuals will be required to settle their room accounts with Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley by 11.00 AM on the morning of your departure. Don’t forget that those who are catching the 10.00am transfer back to Sydney on the 22nd March will have to check out early. Please ensure you have enough time to do this.
